The staff were disorganised and unwilling to take...
The staff were disorganised and unwilling to take responsibility for their errors. The aircon in our room was so noisy I had to wear ear plugs. The hotel is miles away from the centre in a dangerous part of town. There were cockroaches which is disgusting. It looks nice from the outside but the reality is that this hotel is not adequate. I would disuade anyone from going there.
